To Borrow a Barnes & Noble NOOK:

1. Patron must be 18 years of age or older.
2. Patron must have valid Pequannock Township Public
    Library card with no fines or fees.
3. Patron must leave $25 deposit (cash or check)
     refunded upon NOOK return.
4. Patron must present Driver’s License. A photocopy
    will be made and returned upon NOOK return.

To Return a Barnes & Noble NOOK:

The Nook must be returned to a staff member
at the Circulation Desk of the Pequannock Library
within the 14-day loan period.

There is a $5/day fine if the NOOK is returned late.
The NOOK may NOT be returned in any book drop.

A $5 fine will be charged if the NOOK is returned in the book drop, even if it is not overdue and is undamaged.

The Nook may NOT be returned to another library.

The Nook must be returned with all equipment in the bag provided.
If the Nook is damaged or is missing parts upon return the patron is liable for replacement costs, which are:
Nook, $149
Cable with plug, $15
Cover, $30

You may NOT attempt to load any ebook on to the borrowed NOOK. 
This is preloaded with a variety of bestselling books which are the property of the Pequannock Township Public Library.
Also, do not attempt to delete any ebook.
